We’re Back

We returned from our Vermont Vacation earlier this afternoon. The kids were really happy to see us, and although we had fun, we were very happy to be home. I learned a couple valuable lessons on the trip: I don’t like being a passenger. I much prefer driving. Plus you really can’t see much from We’re Back

Camping with the Preggo

Only four days separate me from the trail. This year hasn’t been favourable for hiking, however, next week will be spent entirely on the trails of Vermont. First we’ll head up to Smuggler’s Notch State Park where we’ll be right on the Long Trail and minutes away from Stowe, VT. Later in the week, we’ll Camping with the Preggo

The Microchipping of Augustus

This morning we took Augustus to the vet to receive his microchip implant allowing our alien overlords to track his every move. And when the Mothership arrives, he’ll be one of the first to be beamed aboard. At least that’s what the Vet told me. Chichen Itza

Since April, I’ve been cutting my hair shorter and shorter. This morning was the ultimate step: 1/8″ fuzz now covers my head. In reference to Fight Club, Anna Space Monkey

Zoë Back from the Dead

This afternoon I picked up Anna’s 12″ PowerBook, zoë, from the Apple Store. They replaced the hard drive with one that didn’t have bad blocks, but more importantly, they were able to restore the data from the old drive. It looks like we lost all the Quicken financial data, but all the photos seem to Zoë Back from the Dead

Anna’s New Camera

After complaining incessantly that the camera I bought us just before our wedding didn’t feel like a shared camera, but felt more like my personal camera, Anna finally has her own camera. I wanted to buy her a camera that was small enough to tote everywhere, but that still used Compact Flash cards — so Anna’s New Camera

Reference Trousers Say I’m Fat

This time last year, I bought my first pair of size 32 jeans in over a decade. And what’s so amazing, is they fit. Not snug, even after washing. This morning, I put on a freshly laundered pair of size 32 jeans and they are really snug. With a Preggo constantly eating, it’s hard to Reference Trousers Say I’m Fat
