Unprofessional Conduct

A few days ago, in a bout of frustration, I disparaged the hard work of some of my coworkers in a stream of tweets. This was inexcusable.

You might think I would be particularly sensitive to this as I work on a product which routinely gets scathing reviews on the App Store. I know it’s a challenge to read those reviews. Comments on Twitter are shorter, but not necessarily kinder.

I’m incredibly thankful to a good friend for pointing this out in nearly real time, although I’m embarrassed I didn’t recognise my own bad behaviour. I’m glad he had the courage.

My coworkers in no way deserved this, and I apologise to them. I am sorry.
