New Apartment

This afternoon we received confirmation that we’ll actually have a place to live once we leave Newburyport. Hooray!

Beginning on the first of the year, we’ll be residents of the Harbor Steps and our address will be:

1301 First Avenue #312
Seattle, WA 98101

Most importantly for me, we’ll be three blocks south of the Crumpet Shop. So I’ll be able to get my tea and a crumpet each morning before going to work.

Of course, Anna is excited about all the opportunities the location offers for her and Molly: we’re across the street from the Seattle Art Museum (where the Art of Jazz concerts are held), a few blocks from the Seattle Aquarium and the Pike Place Market, and a short trip by Monorail from Seattle Center where there’s a Children’s Museum, the Pacific Science Center, and the Science Fiction Museum (how cool can you get?).

We’re pretty excited, but first we have to finish packing…

Congratulations! Good to hear you won’t be, ahem, homeless with cats in tow - although I hear they make excellent blankets knowing wink… but seriously, love to you all and best wishes for this new and exciting chapter in your lives… Yay!

Too bad you’re not still here!

Very true. We miss Seattle very much, but the chance to work at Apple was too good to pass up.

I would at least make people work a bit to find your address. I know it can be found, but I wouldn’t post it in my blog. My two.

Don’t sweat it, Michelle. We didn’t live there long…
